COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE:
Due to the COVID-19 quarantine order California is facing, delivery times may be longer than standard. Our warehouse facility is currently operating with a shortened staff. Team NFQ is making every effort possible to ensure prompt processing of orders as well as taking the extra steps to certify the safety of your order. We would like to thank all of our customers for the continued support and patience they've shown during this time!
How long does it take before my order ships?
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order is confirmed. Processing days are not included in your shipment time frame. Monday-Friday, (orders do not ship Saturday/Sunday and holidays)
NFQ exclusively ships via USPS.
How long does it take from ordering to delivery?
Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected at checkout. Processing is not included in this time. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-5 business days.
International/Deployed delivery times are subject to Customs/Declaration and/or your location.
Per USPS Tracking, delivery dates are only an estimate and do not come from NFQ. NFQ is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Once your package leaves our warehouse facility, NFQ has no control over shipping terms. (ie. re-routing, tracking, delivery location/expected delivery.)
I'd like to cancel my order, how do I go about this?
Orders that have already been transferred into processing and handling will NOT be valid for cancellation. If your order is still in the conformation phase, you will be approved for a cancellation. All customers who decide to move forward with a cancellation will be charged a 10% restocking fee (this is non-negotiable)!
I entered the wrong address when ordering, can I fix this?
Please understand that entering the correct information when placing an order is the customers responsibility, although NFQ understands that mistakes happen. In this occurrence, please email our customer service team with your request ASAP. We cannot guarantee that your request will be attained.
How long does it take for pre-orders to be delivered?
Please refer to the product description for updates on your pre-order!
I ordered the wrong item/size. How can I change this?
Due to limited quantity, NFQ does not accommodate size/style changes. If you have ordered an incorrect item, email our customer service at email@example.com. Please take into account that if you order has already been shipped, these steps do not apply to your order.
Your options are as follows:
1. Cancel order to receive store credit for the product value (must been done within 24 hours from purchase time)
2. Keep your existing order
